Modernism in Three Acts
I contributed a text titled “Modernism in Three Acts” to Léa Namer’s Chacarita Moderna: La Nécropole Brutaliste de Buenos Aires, published by Building Books. This book has been a labor of love by Léa and I was thrilled to contribute a text that I had wanted to write since I first learned about Itala Fulvia Villa (1913–1991) and her amazing work at Chacarita. This is a long overdue research on her work.
